What data do you store?

Clariva processes your call audio to extract deal signals and coaching insights but does not store recordings. Only structured data — field values, next steps, objections, call scores, skill signals — is retained and synced to your CRM. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never use your call data to train models or share it with third parties.

How long does it take to set up?

No additional setup required before each call. Clariva connects to your calendar and automatically knows when a call starts. Your rep doesn't need to do anything — it works in the background from the first call onwards.
